A one-page local SEO scorecard.
Track what changed, what customers did, and what the business should do next—without collapsing different Google data sources into one invented “SEO score.”
Compare periods with context.
- Choose a reporting period.Monthly is usually easier to act on than daily movement.
- Record a dated baseline.Use the same source and definition each time.
- Add context.Note seasonality, outages, campaigns, closures, tracking changes, or major website work.
- Choose one next action.Assign an owner and due date instead of collecting numbers without a decision.

Reporting period: __________ Baseline period: __________ Review date: __________
Keep each source in its lane.
Search Console describes Google Search visibility and clicks under its own reporting definitions. It does not describe every website visit or every local customer action.
Business Profile performance reports eligible profile interactions and may use different definitions, filters, and processing windows than website analytics.
Website analytics depends on the events and consent setup implemented on the site. A form submission, phone click, and qualified lead are not automatically the same thing.
Direction matters, but context decides the action. Record changes consistently and avoid treating one local rank, one month, or one blended score as the complete result.
