Let’s talk about my siteWhat platform and account access do I get?
Your website is built on WordPress and managed by Local Legacy Consulting. You receive one WordPress administrator account login for your website. Local Legacy handles hosting, maintenance, and the ongoing care included in your plan.
What am I committing to?
$100/month, billed through a Stripe subscription, with a minimum term of 24 months. The one-page plan totals $2,400 over that term. Your first $100 payment covers setup and month one; it is not an additional setup charge.
Can I add more pages or custom tools?
Yes. Each additional page costs $100 once, added to your first payment. Five pages means $500 in month one, then $100/month for the remaining 23 months ($2,800 total). Custom-built tools are scoped separately and priced at an agreed amount before work begins. Timing for a larger scope is confirmed before starting.
Who owns the website after 24 months?
Ownership transfers to you after the 24-month contract is completed and all amounts due are paid. You can then choose to continue at $100/month for website maintenance and up to one hour of requested website changes each month.
What if a payment is missed?
If payment is not made, the website is removed from public access and archived. It remains offline until all overdue invoices are paid in full. Once those invoices are paid, the website can be restored.
Do I need to write the copy or supply photos?
Copywriting is included. You provide the business details and approve the finished text. Supply photos you have permission to use; if you don’t have any, we can use relevant AI-generated imagery. Generated images will not be presented as real customer projects, team members, or testimonials.
What does ongoing optimization include?
Website maintenance, performance optimization, and SEO, AEO, and GEO fundamentals are included. During the initial 24 months, you can request up to 30 minutes of edits per month. The optional care plan after the initial term increases that to one hour per month. Search visibility and sales depend on many factors; specific results are not guaranteed.
